Greetings and a belated Happy New Year! We’ve been so busy that we haven’t noticed time fly and we are now in March!
Sales have been progressing well as we continue to appeal to a variety of buyers. The main attraction among our purchasers remains unchanged - they enjoy the established feel of the estate and ease of access to everything – beaches, shops, schools and public transport.
On the development front, we are working towards completing the landscaping of our new park in Stage 7 which amongst other things, will feature the children of our community’s handy work – the Billabong Seat. We had hoped to have this complete by now but unfortunately there have been some delays but I am sure it will be worth the wait!
Given the flurry of activity, I’d like to remind you that the Harrington Waters Sales Office is staffed on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. So feel free to drop in to discuss your interest in buying a home site or even to discuss easy options available if you need to sell your home.
We’ll be making our website even more user friendly soon, with a community page that is second to none. We will be including a FAQ page specifically for community related issues and also easy access for Community groups partnership submissions. You can also email any resident concerns to us at this page. Watch closely, as we are aiming to launch this new segment to our website in mid April. Alternatively, I encourage you to add yourself to our mailing list and be the first to be advised of the new changes. You can do this by simply registering via our Contact Us page.
Sales of our Complete Homes have gone so well that we have sold out – 12 homes in 3 months! Given this success and knowing what purchaser’s preferences are for housing types and living options, we are now planning more Complete Homes to cater for this demand.
