Welcome to the first online Project Update for Harrington Waters Private Estate.
What a year 2008 turned out to be! Anyone who has caught even just a glimpse of economic news will know that we are in the midst of notable changes in the market place.
In response to the market and demand, Harrington Waters Private Estate’s developers, have revised the proposed land release schedule. We have decided to release more home sites and have revised the prices according to the current market. These home sites are scattered amidst the popular and well established areas of the estate.

What’s in store for 2009?
Stage 7 development works are complete. You would have also noticed that the new parkland area on the corner of Harrington Waters Drive and Hayswater Circuit is well underway. Over the coming weeks you will see a transformation of this sandy area into a beautifully landscaped parkland ready for you to enjoy!
This park will also contain the ‘Billabong Seat’. Due to be installed mid – late February, this piece of useable public art has been a community project that has been underway since late 2007.
Perth artists Kay and Milton Raymond worked with families from the Harrington Waters community to create decorated clay tiles that will be installed to the base of the seat. Make sure you take some time to go down and take a look once the park is complete.
Construction of our new low maintenance villa homes within the estate will also be underway in 2009. Located on Mosedale Loop, these lovely villa homes will be attractive to those who wish to enjoy a low maintenance lifestyle. We will continue to keep you updated on progress via our website.
Building will also commence on our popular ‘Lakefront’ homes early in 2009. These homes have always been popular due to their location and even with current market conditions; we expect these completed homes to sell quickly.
