New Development at Harrington Waters

 

2006 has been an incredible growth period for the Harrington Waters private estate.

We were not prepared for such an unexpected demand for land, and the Development Team were forced to bring the construction programme forward considerably in order to meet this demand.

 

We are aware that some residents on the estate have become a little concerned that surrounding land areas are to date undeveloped and have asked for timeframes of further construction, particularly in the land surrounding Abbeytown Circle (Stage 5b). 

 

We would like to reassure those residents that the area in question as well as stage 7 had to be bypassed due to the parklands within this area first requiring appropriate approvals for various issues that had to be attended to first. 

 

Unexpected approval delays from the authorities have unfortunately pushed timeframes back, but we are, and shall continue to work with council to push these through, and are hoping to begin construction on this popular estate in the first half of 2007. 

 

We are very aware of some of the difficulties residents have experienced due to this delay, and have assisted wherever possible during this interim period, including the installation of location signs for residents and their visitors, to avoid any confusion with the current area layout.
