Harrington Waters has really grown over the past six months as shown in our latest aerial photography! Residential building activity continues to be a hive of activity and the Warnbro Railway Station is due to be completed before the end of the year.
Good news with the new Primary School, as The Department of Education has finalized it's plan to build a new school located at the corner of Harrington Waters Drive. With building well underway completion is expected by the end of November. This decision was partially due to the growth in population from the Harrington Waters Estate, which has meant an increase in student numbers.
For the past five years Primary School children have been taught in temporary accommodation houses located in Londsdale Crescent, Harrington Waters Private Estate.
The new school will cater for 480 students, and have four teaching areas, purpose built rooms for art /craft and music, an undercover assembly area and library.
