By researching buyer preferences, both at Harrington Waters and Summit Homes, popular home designs, finishes, fencing and landscaping were identified. These homes have formed the basis of our exclusive ‘turn key homes’ range. All traditional time delays have been avoided – materials selections are made up front by our in-house interior designer, room formats are set to functional preferences, specifications and external appearance meet the estate covenants and gardens are highly detailed to reflect the high standards of presentation.
