Paul Watchirs has been part of the Harrington Waters Private Estate team since October 2003. In his role as Community Facilitator, Paul is an integral part of Harrington Water’s commitment to creating an easier way of living. Paul lives locally and offers an intimate knowledge of the local area which is being welcomed by our new residents.
Born in England to Australian parents, Paul has been an Australian resident for over 50 years and offers a vast scope of knowledge, including 32 yrs as a Commonwealth public servant and extensive volunteering experience with Crime Prevention programs such as Safety House and Safer Seniors. Today, Paul is not just our Community Facilitator, but also an active member of various community groups including Waikiki Residents Association, Safety Bay High School Council and is on the Executive Committee of the Rockingham Senior High School.
As Harrington Water’s Community Facilitator, Paul welcomes new residents to the estate with a personal visit where Paul gives an overview of the Estate activities and the many ways in which residents can look to get involved.
