Harrington Waters Partnership was once again proud to support local community groups in bringing together a “Carols by the Lake” on Sunday 7th December 2008.
This year marked the fifth carols event sponsored by the Developer, Rockingham Park Pty Ltd. and was co-organised by Rockingham Baptist Church and the Waikiki Residents’ Association.
The cool weather on the evening failed to deter regular and new attendees to the carols, which has become very popular and is highlighted on residents’ calendars. There were 300 attendees at “Carols by the Lake 2008”. As the estate continues to flourish, future events are expected to attract even larger crowds.
Harrington Waters Private Estate is entering an exciting growth period in 2009, with new land releases and house/land packages expected in the early part of the year and its Billabong Seat project (which many local children designed tiles for) to reach fruition very soon.
