COMMUNITY CELEBRATES CHRISTMAS SPIRIT

The willingness of Harrington Waters Private Estate to foster community relationships was clearly demonstrated at its third "Carols by the Lake" event on Sunday 10th December 2006.

Harrington Waters once again sponsored this event, which was organised in a partnership arrangement between Rockingham Baptist Church and Waikiki Residents' Association Inc.

300 people enjoyed this year’s event and, according to the attendees, “this was the best one yet!” The beautiful weather, combined with the picturesque setting around the Harrington Waters Lake ensured a thoroughly enjoyable hour and half.

Children from the Waikiki Primary School provided wonderful entertainment, while the Rockingham Baptist band and choir once again inspired the audience with wonderful vocals and music.

Pastor Steve Galambosi (Rockingham Baptist Church) and Rob Dedman (Chair Waikiki Residents’ Association Inc.) delivered their messages for the festive season. They offered thanks to the sponsors and were looking forward to future community events.
