NEW COMMUNITY DISCUSSION FORUM

Now, being a part of our new community is as easy as posting at the various online discussion topics. You can register your interest in Neighbourhood Watch or become a member of the Waikiki Residents' Association. You can also leave messages or queries for our Land Sales Manager and Community Facilitator. All of these great new services are only a click a way. Membership is of course completely free and there's no signing up or forms to fill out, just a few simple rules to observe.

Homes are more than houses. Communities are more than streets. We know people count !

More and more, we all recognise the need to give greater support to community creation. This is why Harrington Waters Private Estate appointed a Community Facilitator in November 2002, before the preliminary ground works were even completed.

Paul liaises with schools, resident groups and local council representatives in the community, on behalf of the developer. This information and activity being on behalf of existing and future Harrington Waters residents of all ages. All of which readily forges a strong and active community spirit.
